Objectives:
•Congenital duodenal obstruction (CDO) in ~1/5000-1/10,000 live births
•Laparoscopic repair less widely adopted due to technical demands and intracorporeal anastomosis
•Question: In neonates with CDO, does laparoscopic surgery compared to open surgery result in improved perioperative outcomes and comparable complication rates?
•Aim: To ascertain whether laparoscopic surgery has any advantages over open surgery in treatment of CDO
