90% of malignant liver tumors in children aged four years and younger are HB
Most common benign tumors in this age group are infantile hepatic hemangioma (infants) and mesenchymal hamartoma (toddlers)
Worldwide, HCC (not HB) is associated with perinatal hepatitis in areas where Hepatitis B and C are endemic. In western countries, HCC is usually associated with chronic liver disease
