DESCRIPTION

In this seminar, I will provide an overview of hepatocellular carcinoma treatments and then discuss three main areas of interest in my laboratory: 1) characterization of the tumor microenvironment (TME) with spatial transcriptomic profiling technologies, 2) characterization of metastatic cascade via circulating tumor cell (CTC) profiling, 3) evaluating novel roles of the LIN28B RNA-binding protein. I will conclude by discussing potential areas of collaboration.
