  3. Engage in discussion about incorporating patient and family values and prognostic uncertainty into shared decision-making for artificial nutrition
  4. Recognize and reflect on the moral distress clinicians experience when artificial feeding decisions conflict with medical recommendations.
  1. Discuss the mystery case and develop a differential diagnosis regarding worsening mobility for this patient
  2. Review and analyze diagnoses and treatment for this patient and for similar diagnoses
  3. Perform root cause analysis on case while reviewing systems practice in different care settings
