1. We will describe an elective for Internal Medicine residents at NorthShore University Health System in Quality Improvement, Patient Safety, and Physician Advisory services.

2. The audience will have a better understanding of the specialty of Physician Advisors.

3. We will review how we implemented a rotation in PA/QIPS and describe our outcomes.
