Objectives:

1. Learn about a validated methodology for conducting community-based research using the Sinai Model and expand knowledge on ways to translate data and research to action in practice.

2. Understand the methodology of the Sinai Survey 2.0 and the determinants of health framework used to design the survey.

3.  Gain a more holistic picture of health within the community (specififally those served by SHS0) focusing on the social determinants of health.
