Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand the evolution of morbidity and mortality conferences.

  2. Understand the current gap that exists in describing how bias and access to care issues play into poor clinical outcomes.

  3. Recognize the ability CHI-CS may have to identify systemic problems related to bias and access to care which in turn maybe utilized to engage organizational stakeholders.
