Objectives:

  1. Discuss the GI PCR panel – what it tests for, sensitivity, specificity.
  2. Review a few clinical vignettes of when the test was positive and how it helped (or puzzled) the treating clinicians
  3. Have an interactive discussion of the role for the GI panel and when to recommend it.
