Objectives

1.  By the end of the conference, participants will perform a critical review of provision of care in the PICU for patients that died, suffered cardiopulmonary arrest, or acquired a nosocomial infection or line thrombus.

2.  By the end of the conference, participants will identify strategies for improvement in patient care and safety, which can include creation of new protocols or management guidelines.
