At the conclusion of Farida Hakim’s presentation, participants will be able to:     

1) Review differential diagnosis of eyelid lesions 

2) Review diagnosis/workup and treatment of sebaceous cell carcinoma 

3) Consider the utility of conjunctival map biopsies in the management of sebaceous cell carcinoma 

 At the conclusion of Lindsay Chun’s presentation, participants will be able to:

  1. Glaucoma is not always the “final destination” in the diagnostic synthesis. A broad differential for its causes and consequences need to be considered.

  2. Pay attention to the patient’s history and their demeanor in clinic. This is also data to help in your diagnostic thinking.

  3. Intracerebral pathologies even if “followed” by and managed by other serices, may still manifest in glaucoma. Glaucoma even if “followed” by and managed by ophthalmology may still manifest in intracerebral pathologies.
