Objectives:

1.  To correlate pathophysiological alteration of the brain in cerebral compression with clinical stage of patient's with head injury. 

2.  To discuss why irreversible brain damage occurs.

3.  To correlate dilated pupils in trauma with those of other condition such as stroke and cardiac arrest.
