1. To review our experience in cerebrovascular complications in patients with LVAD at University of Chicago Medical Center;

2. To review current literature on management of intracranial hemorrhages; and

3. To discuss recommendations pertaining to resumption of anticoagulant therapy after recent intracranial hemorrhages
