Objectives:

1. Presentation on development of microfluids and imaging toolkit to: use Drop-Seq to characterize complex tissues; adopt Drop-Seq to work with single nuclei for frozen samples; single cell RNA-Seq in microbes, study inter-cellular signaling at controlled MOI; and study single cell transcription under a gradient of chemical signals
