Objectives:

1.  Identify ways to organize and lead an Adult Dr. CART activation to provoke and encourage enhanced information sharing, and build a “team” mentality    among clinicians.

2.  Discuss techniques to improve clinician communication during urgent and emergent situations.

3.   Demonstrate correct and prompt usage of defibrillator and verbalize ACLS algorithms during hands-on scenarios.
