Learning Objectives:

  1. Describe the anatomy of radial nerve, ulnar nerve, and median nerve (and their branches) in the elbow and the forearm and identify sites of compression and the history behind them.
  2. Compare and contrast the classic presentations, differential diagnoses, physical examination maneuvers, and diagnostic testing for nerve compression syndromes of the forearm.
  3. Summarize the different operative and non-operative treatment options for the various nerve compression syndromes of the forearm as well as the indications for each.
