Learning Objectives:

1. Describe pre-pandemic diabetes care management and then describe adaptations to management during COVID-19 pandemic (telemonitoring, continuous glucose monitoring).

2.  Demonstrate optimal strategies for identification of high-risk DM patients and use of these novel adaptations to improve glycemic control in care and community settings.

3. Examine the use of novel design methods and diabetes translation research methods to re-design and evaluate optimal care delivery in diabetes care.
