At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Define the 6-step model for medical education curriculum development
- Define objectives as “cognitive,” “affective,” or “psychomotor”
- Use suggested verbs to write a learner objective applied to their personal teaching environment for each level of Bloom’s taxonomy
- Rate the importance of developing a clear goal with attainable and measurable objectives as “Quite” or “Extremely”
- Rate their comfort with writing goals and objectives significantly higher than prior to the workshop
