Emphasize effective communication skills, motivational interviewing, and the importance of considering patients' unique circumstances and preferences in developing personalized treatment plans.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration in Obesity Management: Obesity medicine specialists, bariatric surgeons, internists, family medicine doctors, gastroenterologists, and providers from other specialties as well as dieticians and psychologists will be invited to attend this monthly conference. This practice will foster interdisciplinary collaboration by analyzing clinical cases that require the coordination of healthcare professionals from various specialties. Additionally, it will help understand the roles of nutritionists, psychologists, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers in comprehensive obesity management.

5. Overall the conference aims to enhance participants' knowledge and skills in obesity management through a case-based discussion format, facilitating practical application of theoretical knowledge in real-world clinical scenarios.
