Objectives:

1.Discuss the use of Coronary CT Angiography in patients with stable angina

2.Re-evaluate the use of nuclear exercise testing in stable angina

3.  Judge the effectiveness or home-based atrial fibrillation screening.

4.  Better understand the risks of asymptomatic atrial fibrillation detected by home screening.

5.  Critically review randomized trial of home-based atrial fibrillation screening.
