1.Discuss the effect of Aspirin on Cardiovascular events and bleeding in the healthy elderly

2. Dsicuss the affect of aspirin on all cause mortality in the healthy elderly

3. Review the current eligibility criteria for bariatric surgery.

4. Review microvascular outcome findings from this matched cohort study of bariatric surgery.

5. Identify strengths and limitations of matched cohort studies.
