1. Understand the salient requirements of a renal precision medicine program.

2. Weigh the advantages and disadvantages of both single cell disaggregation and laser capture-based molecular analyses of renal tissue. 

3. Assess the utility of automated 3D tissue cytometry to improve phenotypic data collection.
