Learning Objectives:

1)  Review adjuvant multidisciplinary strategies in early stage carcinosarcoma of the uterus, distinguishing this from management of uterine sarcoma.

2)  Discuss adjuvant management of high grade aggressive ovarian cancer histologies, specifically the evolving role of maintenance systemic options and appropriate application of germline/somatic testing.

3)  Appreciate nuanced adjuvant management of less common ovarian cancer histologies, such as malignant sex cord-stromal tumors and low grade serous carcinoma.
