Objectives

1. Develop an understanding of what is Disability Insurance, the different types of disability products, and the physiatrist's role within the disability industry. 

2. Develop an understanding of what is Worker's Compensation insurance and the different roles and responsibilities of the clinician. 

3.  Gain an insight into how to avoid pitfalls such as with documentation or depositions which can lead to duplication of work, physician frustration, and an inability to get your patients' their appropriate benefits.
