1. Case discussion of a patient with AML whose cancer had NF1 and WT1 mutations.
2. Review of NF1 and WT1 and their role in the pathogenesis of cancer.
3. Discuss the importance of germline and donor testing prior to a stem cell transplant for such patients.
4. To understand the breadth of data that exists within clinical next-generation sequencing.
5. To recognize the utility of repeating molecular testing throughout a patient’s disease course.
6. To understand when to suspect a the presence of a germline, genomic variant in tumor next-generation sequencing.
