1.  Testing between supply side (store locations and availability) and demand side (preferences) arguements for nutrition inequality

2.  Rejection of the "food desert" hypothesis (i.e. lack of good stores causes nutrition inequality)

3.  Measuring differences in nutrition preferences across income segments
