Description

This monthly journal club brings together fellows, nurses, pharmacists, and other members of the pediatric critical care team to critically evaluate emerging research and its application to clinical practice. Guided by faculty experts, participants review recent medical literature, assess study design and methodology, discuss the strengths and limitations of published evidence, and explore how new findings can inform the care of critically ill infants and children. Through collaborative discussion and critical appraisal of the literature, learners will strengthen their evidence-based decision-making skills, remain current with advances in pediatric critical care, and enhance their ability to translate research into safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
