1. Pathognomonic finding of Purtscher or Purtscher-like retinopathy = Purtscher flecken

2. Other findings include CWS, heme, disc edema, inner retinal edema, SRF/IRF

3. Treatment is managing the underlying cause and supportive care (steroids are unproven but may help)
