1.  Discuss the differential of an orbital mass in the pediatric population

2. Review imaging and pathology findings of Langherhans cell histiocystosis

3.  GCA (giant cell arteritis) is a severe condition of the medium and large vessel that has the complication of severe vision loss, especially when steroids are not started promptly

4.  Temporal artery biopsy, while being the gold standards is not always available and can often have false negatives
