Learning Objectives:
1. Orbital compartment syndrome is a clinical diagnosis and there are many etiologies
2. Additional imaging such as CT scan may be useful in determining cause after initial clinical assessment is done
3. Canthotomy/cantholysis may not be enough to relieve pressure and additional surgical management may be indicated including bony decompression and removal of intra=orbita foreign body
4. Establish a differential diagnosis for spontaneous multi-layer retinal hemorrhage
5. Identify the prognostic value of retinal hemorrhages n leukemia
6. Identify the relationship between anemia/thrombocytopenia and retinal hemorrhages
