1. Review neurophsyiologic means to detect consciousness in acutely injured unresponsive patients.

2. Review methods and technique of Claasen et al. article about detecting EEG patterns on consciousness and brain reactivity.

3. Review concepts applied by investigators and the implications on prognosis as well as study limitations.
