Objectives

1. To examine whether antihypertensive treatment is associated with a low risk of mortality in low-risk patients with mild hypertension

2. To examine whether antihypertensive treatment is associated with a low risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD) in low-risk patients with mild hypertension.
