  1. Discuss pathologies which are relevant for skull base approaches
  2. Review the history of endoscopy
  3. Discuss benefits of endoscopy over microscopic approaches to the anterior skull base
  4. Review some pathologies not appropriate for “minimally invasive” neurosurgical procedures
