Objectives:

  1. Describe the challenge in treating older adults with AML

  2. Understand the state-of-the-art frontline treatment of AML in older adults (outside of HSCT)

  3. Discuss current clinical trials at the University of Chicago aimed at treating older adults with AML

 

and

  1. Discuss immunotherapy biomarkers associated with gynecologic malignancies

  2. Review Phase I and II data from checkpoint inhibitor trials in cervical, endometrial and ovarian cancers

  3. Discuss tumor characteristics that may facilitate immunotherapy treatment in these cancers
