The Endeavor Hernia Collaborative exists to elevate abdominal wall and hernia care across our health system through  open case discussion, shared expertise, and continuous education. This forum provides a safe, collegial environment where surgeons can present complex or challenging cases, examine decision-making, review outcomes, and refine technique without judgment. By integrating case-based learning, invited expert perspectives, and evidence-driven discussion, the Collaborative aims to improve patient outcomes, strengthen cross-site collaboration, and build a culture of thoughtful surgical practice across Endeavor Health.
