Objectives:

1.  Understanding the purpose of this study is to evaluate long-term clinical outcomes after drug-eluting stent-supported percutaneous coronary intervention (PC for native coronary total occlusion CTO)

2.  Review of the survival and Q-wave MI rates during the 4.6-year follow-up period did not significantly differ between patients who underwent a successful CTO-PCI and patients with a failed CTO-PCI.
