Objectives:

1.Understand the limitations of current measures used in MRSA outbreak investigations

2. Understand the value of MRSA whole genome sequencing in identifying the relationships among MRSA isolates obtained from different people in the hospital and in the home

3.  Understand how MRSA whole genome sequencing may be used in the future to define risk of transmission, define the risk of recurrent infection, and to contain outbreaks as they are starting
